the venue has beautifully decorated rooms with a view over the freight rail-yard and big bathroom plus coffee facilities etc and very helpful and affable staff. very good service and the food is good.

The staff here is friendly, and the place is kept fairly clean, in a brilliant, very central location with convenient access to stores and shops nearby.

The hotel is very old and needs restoration. It's not up to the standards of a Scandic hotel !!!

The service was excellent and hotel was in good condition.
Sauna; upper body was hot but feet were cold and the dressing/shower room was not big or ventilated enough.

The staff were very professional. The room was excellent. The food (Breakfast) was very good. Although expensive by UK standards, the Hotel did present itself as good value for money.

Friendly staff and an unbeatable location right by the city center. It's conveniently close to various restaurants, bars, and the bus station. the breakfast is fantastic, with a wonderful selection of food to choose from! 🍳.

I liked the free internet connection and I like the location. The staff were all helpful and polite.
There were a lot o children running around and playing in the lifts on two nights I was there. Bed very soft and uncomfortable. Why two single beds?

It was very nice staff. The restaurant was exellent with very good food and good sevice. The room we had was nice and big. Breakfast was very good.And our dogs was more than welcome.
